I have a 4 feet tank that is about a year old first started as a marine fish tank and is now bussy converting into a reef tank ive recently bought a 1.8m tank and start from scratch in building up a new reef tank is still in process of curing live rock and water

Hey Guys,

I was in a LFS here in the bay, and they said to me they were looking into getting stock from the locally caught market, so I said to them you know thats illegal, so they said to me that appreantly a licence with quotas has been issued to catch fish for the trade, anyone heard this? I don't believe it or the LFS? I Think it's bull

Hi There, with the price of electricity going up all the time im look at saving power.Im looking for ideas for an up pump @ +-5000L with the least power use. Ive seen a Reef Octopus Water blaster that uses 60W @ 5000L 3.5 Head. Is there any other pumps out there?

Hi,
In my battle against cyno I dumped an airstone in my sump last night.
Within 30min the water was as clear as, well, glass.
The water has never been this clear/bright.
Anyone know why ?
O, I am the one who had an accident with (over)dosing carb(baked bicarb) on sunday, maybe this + the extra air did something ?

Hi everyone, I am new, :P

I accidentally jacked a thread on the Dymax IQ3 tanks that also lives in the new member area Soz...

My IQ3 fractured, and i was in need of some forum assistance.

Great to read all the stuff on here, gonna start a 300L reef in November (its still a tropical coz I'm not home most of the time :P, gonna be home in november)
