  Urgent help needed

  Hi Guys,
  
  I have just built myself a tank,its 50x50x50 and i used 25mm plumbing for both the return and overflow , but now i have a bigger problem, when i swicth on the return pump my tank overfills and spills over, it looks like the overflow isnt working and createsa siphon and drains the tank or it overflows.
  
  whats the best way to fix this problem
