Now my question for the light gurus out there. Can this not be used for Reef tank Lighting???

But I see that there is no real answer yet. Surely it must work.
I love the fact that it works of 12V, and the wattage is way low.
And for the cost of 02 it is about R850.00, including the Ballasts.
That means that you can run quite a few of these and it'll still be cheaper than Metal Halides as well as helping out wrt Load shedding, meaning, you can run this of 12Volt or 16Volt.
Come guys and gals, help us get to a conclusion here- and no, I am not buying 8 plus just to test the par etc. Where's the clever guys??
