Urgent help needed death of clowns

Every two days I m losing one fish today one of the clown fish is missing I think there is some big problem my maroon clown has foggy eye and other clowns having white spot but they are not iching.I have also some other fishs they are healthy no bad signs or white spot I think the problem is in clowns only ??And if you ll till me its bad water quality So pls explain how to make it good quality every week i m doing 10% water change and PRMTS are normal
