  Planning a shallow tank

  Hi.
  
  The marine bug has bitten me again, so I want to plan my next tank.
  The actual implementation will be a few months off, but I want to get my plans organised.
  
  I am planning on building a 1600 x 800 x 450 (water level at 400)
  That gives me a display just over 500L.
  
  For the lights I will probably go LED. I am currently building a custom LED canopy for my planted tank and the result of that will probably make my decision for me.
  
  My plan is to stock a BTA or 2 and further just fish.
  
  The fish I really want is :
  Powder blue tang
  Yellow tang
  Clown Pair
  Fire angel
  Chromis school
  
  Now the part where I am stuck - Filtration
  
  1)Is a DSB worth the effort and would you add a refugium on the dsb
  2)Is an algae scrubber worth the effort
  3)What skimmer would you suggest?
  
  And then flow:
  What would you suggest to create flow bearing in mind that there will be anemones in the tank.
