Is this one local?, is called the Lined Butterfly, (Chaetodon lineolatus), but the referances I got for it, it does not seem local,

I think I have seen two of these before, but without the blue, didn't bother cause was always after reef safe fish, Golden fly
Also seen one of the two below, they very similar, don't know which is local,
Mertensii fly
Pearlscale fly
Am definatly going to be collecting flies this year, will have a new tank to put this years juvies in...........any other local flies?
