  TS2 bubbles, efficiency

  Hi All
  
  I have a TS2 skimmer. Lately it seems that skimmate production is not as prolific as before. I can see that my corals seems to suffer a bit. They are not as open as before. I have opened everything up, and cleaned as best as I could.
  
  Are there any improvements one can make to the TS2 to improve its operation?

  Good day..
  My name is Chris.
  I have kept tropical fish all my life and an opportunity has risen to start a marine tank…. This is a custom build tank and will serve as a type of room divider, it should be completed shortly. The tank is 1400L x 350W x 900H, water level should be @ around 850mm with my own design overflow and return (two returns). The sump is 1000L x 350W x 450H and will consist of a bio-ball chamber then a protein skimmer then a live rock/sand bed and then the return chamber.
  I guess from here I would need help from you guys as this is my first attempt towards marine… my first question would be about lightning regarding this tank, will the “T5” florescent lights be enough for soft corrals?
  I will try and upload some photos at a later stage. Thank you.

  I'm selling my 9 Gallon Weipro Nano 9 (in Europe and the US its known as the Aquamedic Nano Wave 9 - Mini-reef Aquarium - Nano Wave 9 - Aqua Medic ). I was intending to run it as a mini frag tank but I found a better solution. Tank is is very good condition and i'm looking for R1200. Will be excellent as a QT imo. I would keep it but I have 4 Nano's right now in a 2 bedroom flat, things are getting a bit tight ;)

  1.) The mini fan in the unit has been replaced with a more powerful unit that actually cools the systems now. It was sitting stable at 26 as a planted tank, before it was sitting at 29 - 30 !!!
  
  2.) Moonlights are on a separate circuit from the main lights for timer purposes.

  Coral Banded Shrimp Eggs?

  Hopefully Somebody can help me with this.
  
  On Saturday I had a little poke around in the rock pools and caught a pair of Coral Bandeds. One of them had a torquoise(spelling?) mass inside it. Last night I noticed that it had shed in my tank and this morning the mass is attached underneath it. I cant get a decent photo because they are hiding in the rockwork but it really does look like eggs to me. What do I do now?

  Help!

  Hi All
  
  I've just setup my new 4 foot and am having a problem. The tank has an overflow which flows into the sump , past the skimmer, the DSB and is pullled out by a Cannister which pumps thru a chiller and back into the tank. So heres the problem... When the power goes out the water from the tank is syphoned back to the cannister causing it to overflow. I've read about drilling a hole somewhere in the plumbing but I'm not sure how this is done. Please help.
