How long can i keep the nori in the tank before Ihave to take it out or should i just leave it on the rock ive put it on.It looks like the lipstick is feeding on the pods and other critters in tank.Is it possible that it gets enough food that its not intereseted in the food i give it?Its not looking thin it still have a fat "tummy" area -

This is one for the guys with electrical know how.
Is there any way you can run an air and flow pump by plugging it into the car's cigarette lighter socket thing???

Hi guys, I just bought my first tank its a Boyu HX-1000 don't know much about the tank, there is no info thus far on the net, maybe someone here could tell if it is ok to start out that tank, and maybe give some more info on it as you can see I am a total newb at this hobby. Thanks:blush: -

2 Peppermint shrimp.
The reason for selling is they wont leave my frogspawn alone.
They haven't bothered any other coral.
They have cleared my tank of aptasia.
Would like to get rid of them quickly before they completely destroy my frogspawn.
