I Purchased a Polario 22000L Wave Pump about a Year and a half ago..
So far this has been my Adventure:
First 2 months of having it Control unit Melted causing major fumes killing a hellova lot of Livestock:dft004:
Supplier replaced with another unit... after a bit of a wait..
This unit was not happy to be alive, went for a week and stopped..
Waited a few months for replacement unit this worked for about 3 months!
....NICE!!!:banghead:
I was fed up with this by now so I asked a friend (Qualified Sparky!) to take a gander and see what's going on in the drive unit and actual pump..
Pump fine, he Reckoned motherboard couldn't handle pump load, tried fixing unit, no luck...
Then took it to a guy that fixes all things electronic and he definately said problem is the small fan that supposed to cool drive unit gets faulty..
Added a new fan resolded motherboard wires... plugged it in and wow
worked perfectly... FOR 5 MINUTES!!!
All in all about 2 years later with a wave pump that has worked for about 5 months!!!
Please tell me someone has had this problem...
And where the hell can I get a good drive unit for this pump:whistling:
