  does my live rock look healthy to you ?

  hi guys, i need your advise.
  my tank has been running now for 8 months and the live rock is not looking so good anymore,is this rock still healthy for my tank?
  i also found 2 snails on the rocks, should i take them out or leave them there? i circled the one picture of the snail on the rock.They not that big yet, but dont want any problems.
  
  ps: all my water parameters are in order.
