Hi All
over the holidays , i had setup my tank to cycle for a long period and now and a little stuck .
i have managed to find another tank , which is bigger , and therefore need more of everything.
i wanted to know if there is a big difference between live rock , and base rock (as some call it )
i prefer the base rock look , and wanted to use this rather than the LFS Live rock ( that is a rip off in price)
also can anyone direct me to a place to find large pieces of "base" rock in cape town , or surrounding areas,at decent prices.
i am not prepared to pay a LFS for taking the rocks off the beach , and charging for it.
the tank is going to be 2.5m x 90 x 90 , so the bigger the pieces , obviously the better
