Urgent help needed BTA Split

Hi,
My friend needs urgent advice.
His BTA split last night and they moving around the tank but when he got home today he found his tank went milky in colour.
We can't see how the nennies are doing as the tank is to milky. Fish seem to fine for now.
We did notice a amonia and nitrite spike in the water.
Lighting; don't know what to do

Written on the light, "PL - 18W 220V/240V/6400K"

I have zero experience with lighting of fish tanks. :whistling: I'm planning on beginner easy corals and I want to keep the hood; advice please people :yeahdude:

Hi guys,

Feels like ages ago when I decided I wanted to setup a marine tank again. Unfortunately due to circumstances, this was not possible till now. So with great joy I can now say: I am finally setting up my tank.

I purchased the following equipment:
200 liter cubicle in wooden cabinet. (600x600c600 excluding extra internal sump filter)
Internal and external sump filter system.
Red Sea Prism protein skimmer.
Coral lighting plus two lights in the sump area.
2 x 1000 liter/hour pumps.
Intermittent switch that runs 2 x wave pumps.

I got it all setup and purchased some black aragolife for the sump and display tank.

Got some base rock and a few pieces of live rock in as well.

Been cycling for a while.

I put in two clowns today as well and saw a small black snail made its way probably via the live rock. :)

I'll post some more pics tomorrow.
