  Skimmer pump keeps jamming

  Hi guys i have a skimz sm201, its been working fine up until a month ago, when it started jamming, I went to idol marine they said to leave it in a mixture of water and vinegar and then let it run for a while in the vinegar/water solution, ive done that up to three times now and the pump keeps getting stuck after its been in the tank for a couple of days, do i need to replace this pump?!? and if so where do they sell skimz spare parts in johannesburg?!?

  Did some reseach on dosing vinegar in a saltwater aquarium and some people say that they got amazing results, just wanted to ask if this is an option for marine tanks and what are the side effects if there are any

  Np Pellet reactor help

  Hi guys i want to put in a Np Pellet reactor for my tank to help with algae control, but im not too sure which one i should buy and if my skimmer is powerful enough to use with the reactor ( rated for tanks 800 - 2000 litres Skimz SM201) My tank is 648 litres excluding the sump, please advise thanks
