  Hi All,
  
  I have a brand new 6ft tank for sale. I had it built 8 months ago:
  
  1800x600x700
  
  10mm glass standing on metal frame.
  
  Cupboards are mahogany stained marine plywood so that it wouldn't swell from the water. It also has a canopy.
  
  A big sump is also included with 3 compartments as well as an auto top-up tank and remote DSB.
  
  A reef Octopus skimmer is currently connected to it. If the tank is bought, it will be included. If there is interest in the skimmer alone, I will sell it for R1000 as it is bought new for R2800.
  
  The tank, canopy, cupboards, stand, sump, skimmer and Tunze return pump plus Pacific Carib Sea aragonite ( Paid R2500 for it alone) plus 6x M820 ( sold at R300 each in petshops) Powerheads for R10 000
  
  
  So, the whole setup for R10 000
  
  Excluding the skimmer, aragonite and powerheads and pump, I paid R12 000 for the tank, sump and cupboards 8 months ago

  I am setting up my new setup and I do need a few things...
  
  I do need Light unit(s) - the tank is 1800cm long so I am looking for a 1800cm light unit or 2x 900cm light unit...
  
  I am also looking for a chiller for a setup of bout 1500 liters...

  Help with bubbles in sump

  HI guys and gals
  
  I will be married in December and moving into a new place in January. I have an esstablished 400-500 liter system at my parents place, but there is also a 1000+ liter system standing waiting for me to set it up...
  
  This setup will be for the new home... Luckily the wife to be is also amazed by the marines and supports me in the hobby!!! so this helps alot.
  
  I would firstly like to start of with a question bout the cycle and then the transportation....
  
  What do I need for the cycle? (Cant remember...)
  Can I transport the fish and LR all at once or do I need to do it in sections?

  Majano outbreak

  Hi all
  
  I have a semi outbreak of Majano anemones in my tank. There is quite a few of them and they spread to most of the tank in like a week... How can i get rid of them? In the setup there is a lionfish, 2 humbugs, puffer fish, 2 cleaner shrimp, 1 boxer shrimp, bubbletip nennie, some polyps and a sinuleria...
  
  Any advice please... O yes and theres about 30kg LR

  I am planning the new setup... So would like some advice on the filtration.
  I will be running a DSB and want to run a ATS. There will also be a skimmer in the sump and some LR. I want to run some Carbon as well...
  
  1. Is the filtration system good?
  2. How does the carbon filtering work?
  3. Bioball Chamber with filterwool before it to block Detruis, wil this work?
  4. Any other additional filter media or ideas that I need?

  Marine pond help

  We are making a marine pond, or actually we are planning it. The pond will be 3 X 1.5m more or less and will be build out of bricks and cement.
  
  Now my question is that with what do i seal the pond to make it reefsafe and leak proof?
  
  Any advice on this will be appreciated.

  Hi all I have a H. Magnifica nennie.... It is huge as in +-45cm across when fully opened. Its getting to big for my tank and I need to move it. My second tank doesnt have lighting yet, so if some one wants to make me an offer for him please do!!! I'm willing to swop as well...

  feeding twice daily with different things. Flakes in the morning, 2nd feeding gets exchanged between frozen foods and omega one.

  Help with pico

  Hi all
  
  My dad has a little 7 liter pico. The pico crashed the other day while i was gone and he just left it till i was back. The termostat broke and the tank cooled dramatically and stayed cool for almost a week...Most of the corals etc died in the pico. There is a massive algae breakout in the tank at the moment and i want to save the tank.
  
  Do i need to replace all the water and scrub off the algae or do i do a 50% water change, scrub off the algae and keep an eye on the parms?
