Hey guys I have an idea....why don't we have a project where we help reefers that just can't get into a winning situation with their tanks.For example if someone has just about tried everything in the book but just can't get rid of a green hair algae problem.
Suggestion is that the pro's go out to the reefers property and help.....we would also need the help of the sponsors to sponsor some of the stuff that would be needed in order to help.
Now I'm not saying we should fix all these tanks for free.....but it would be best if the persons tank could be viewed in person and advise as in what needs to be done should be given, and there after a follow up or two???

Well on Monday I'll be adding a yellow tang to my system....and I just have the feeling that there is going to be a small war in my tank.I'll just leave the tank with lights out for the day and see how it goes. -

It should have being the best weekend because we moved into our own house over the weekend.....but I lost my Flame,Yellow belly regal,Spotted wrasse and one anthia.My purple tang has a bacterial infection over his eyes now,and I cant do anything because my filtration system was down for a long time and I am dosing stability to help with the bacterial growth in the sump.
I have thoughts of giving up,but on the other hand I must just lose my eyes and pull this one through. -

Calcium reactor help??

I have a saga controller with a solenoid on my reactor.As soon as the controller sets the gas on there is a sudden burst of gas before the flow of gas recovers....causing the ph to drop to low.
How can I stop this burst of pressure before normal flow returns??? -

saga controller

Hey guys I bought a saga controller yesterday and I have a problem to calibrate it.I think the orp probe might be faulty,it just indicates a error when ever I select the calibration icon.
It also shows a probe icon on the left of the screen with a cross through it.
Can you guys please give me some advise. -

Hey I bought a Sinularia coral a while back.I'f noticed some small black spots on the coral tissue....by closer investigation it seems like they these spots are entering into the tissue of the coral.
Can you please advise me on this matter.

Hey guys I bought myself Seachem's kalkwasser today.I bought a small 4.7l container and a very small pump to stir the solution all the time.Is this o.k?
