  Gave loads of if to Jean and Lanzo when they came to drop the tank off.
  Have plenty more for a fresh water tank or Koi pond if you want to come and collect.

  Selling my current tank as I'm having a custom tank built that better suits my needs.
  Sale includes the following:
  Tank 2000mm x 700mm x 600mm (LxHxW)
  Stand made out of wood with steel structure.
  Canopy with built in lighting.
  Lighting:
  8x T5's
  6x 10W Led spotlights, 3x 20000k and 3x 10000k
  Built in 10w 6500k to simulate midday.
  Built in royal blue LEDs for moonlighting.
  
  Sump *2 x 3ft tanks.
  Comes with a built in BD Board that links lighting to timers for automation.
  
  Purchased the tank for R14,5K will take R8k o.n.c.o.

  Never been used as these are spare.
  I have 6 of them.
  Colour is 6500k to 8500k, so super for growing micro algae in your sump or scrubber.
  Looking at about R375 each but make me an offer.....

  New Tank Build plus electronics

  Hi there guys.
  Building a new custom tank for myself and I have had enough of the off the shelf chinese built tank I currently have.
  
  New tank will be built by Idol Marine out of 15mm Starphire glass on 3 side with a skinny overflow and built in compartments to house my 4 MP40 Vortech pumps.
  
  Tank size will be 1200mm X 1000mm x 700mm with the water line at 650mm.
  Doing a Eurobrace style tank, so should be good.
  
  Tank stand will be built out of 50mm square tubing and should be getting that back today from a friends day who was kind enough to weld the steel (for a small fee).
  
  Busy with loads of electronics and DIY LEDs for the main lights as well as moon lights.
  Will post pictures as I go along.

  Hi there guys.
  What is the best colour light to put into the algae scrubber?
  I have read that algae grows much better in low end light spectrum and was wondering if anyone has tried using a red light for more growth?
