Does Live rock fall last in your budjet!?

Im interested to know of what level of importance do people think live/dead rock is to you setting up your reef aquarium? Lets say a rating from 1-10.
I think this is a very important topic to discuss for newbies. I find so many people spend thousands on filtration and lighting then take a short cut when acquiring or aquscaping their rock. Also what are peoples thoughts on using Kenya live rock? I personally think it is a tank killer....:020: -

I have recently moved to Singapore and seen some mind blowing exhibits/ LFS that have inspired me to set up a home aquarium again.
Here are my tank details so far:
Display tank: 3x2x2
Sump: 3x1x1
Current equipment:
Sump pump: Aquabee 4000l/hr
Flow: 1x Tunze 6055 (5000l/hr) with single controller, 1x koralia (3200l/hr), 1 nano wavebox
Lighting: 8x 39w ATI T5s
Skimmer: Reef Octo
Chiller: Hailea 300a
Auto topup: Tunze osmolator
Live Rock: 20kg malasia 10 tonga
Live Sand: 15lbs Carribsea live aragonite, 10kg singapore aquacultured live sand
Salt: H20cean
