  Hi All
  
  So after having created that thread on the skimz skimmer and having seeing that many reefers had issues, has anyone managed to get feedback for them? About 3 months down the line and i am still having issues contacting. One email and that was the end. My tank is being suffering and i may frustrated and upset and angry and everything you can imagine. What must i do to atleast get some feedback.
  
  If there is anyone who has been contacted by john or someone from skimz please let me know on there experience.

  I am selling my wave maker as i am looking at something else. This is the magnet mount one and comes with the controller. Never had a problem with it and it works well. There is 3 settings for the wave intensity, working time and pausing time. Also has a feed option so when feeding the pump can be stopped with out any hassels.

  Got the above for sale. Its about 42cm lengh but has legs to be extend to about 49 - 50 cm. Not 100% but its close to that. Been using it for my dsb. No dsb anymore so need to get rid of it. Comes with a nano globe. Urgent so be sure if you want it.

  Disappointed with Service

  It is with great disappointment that i need to post this here, but i seem to be going back and forth with no solution.
  
  I purchased a SKM121 from Nathan (TSR) a sponor on this site, about 5 months ago. About 3 months ago the skimmer started to become noisy. I contacted Nathan and he advised me that i should contact Steven from exotics boksburg. He also tells me that this batch has a fault on the pumps. So i do just that. After taking the skimmer to steven he opens it up and glues something. He assures me that this will work. Few hours later it does the same thing. Call him back and he assures me its the impeller so i fork out abt R500 to buy one. So abt 1 week into running the skimmer it does the same thing again. Take it back to steven, he tells me his given me the wrong impeller. There is a new spec and he gives me that one. 2 months later same story. Now i take the skimmer back to exotic and leave it with them. I then get a call from steven saying that i opened the air valve to much. I dont believe that an air valve should be restricted. Else i wont ever be able to skim the way i want it to. With more or less bubbles, wet or dry shouldnt matter. Skimmer needs to work regardless. This skimmer is still on a 2 guarantee and i paid a good amount of money for it. As the new agent Exotic should assist me and not tell me that i need to adjust the skimmer lower etc. And this skimmer is under guarantee. Im am tired of going back and forth for a pump that should be replace/fixed. My tank has to take all the beating as i dont have a skimmer running. Can exotic please sort my skimmer.:(

  NP pellets: Info need

  Hey all
  
  I have been running NP pellets in a phosban reactor for some time now, only good results. A day ago something went wrong with the pump so i shut it down. So the pellets have been standing in the reactor without moving for about 2 days. I sorted the pump and need to restart it. I put it on just to test and the stink was hectic, so i switched it off. Any advise on how i can run it now? Do i need to run it in some other salt water before i put it back to run in my sump?

  Urgent help needed Fish in overflow box

  I have a serious problem. I have a baby clown (1.5cm) and a baby regal (3cm) who have managed to get into my overflow box. I need to get them out and have no idea how to. I do not have much space to work with as my bracing restricts me to do anything. the gap between the bracing and the end of the box is like 4cm. Please can someone advise me on ideas or solutions they mite have. Did anyone ever have this issue?

  Best way to remove coralline algae of glass

  My buddy recently purchased a tank, but there is so much of coralline algae on the glass that has been dried up. He has tried scraping it of and soaked it with alot of vinegar but no luck. Any suggestions on what he can use?
