  Hi Guys,
  
  I feel like such a newbie right now. I have fallen into the trap of thinking that the bright yellow tang in the shop was actually a yellow tang itself. When I called the LFS now they told me that it was a Chocolate surgeon even though the owner of the shop said that I can book it because it's still under quarentine. When he wrote in his book, he wrote (yellow tang) so I thought it was a genuine yellow tang.
  
  I feel so cheated out right now because it has been my goal to get a yellow tang.
  
  Has anyone else fallen into this trap?

  Hi Guys,
  
  I have been wanting to do some diving and collecting for a while now. I do quite abit of spearfishing and crayfishing but I have never tried to specimen dive.
  
  I have seen other guys come out of the water with moorish idols, butterflies six line wrasse.
  
  Do you know where I can get one of those plastic bag nets or how to make one just to make my life a little easier.
  
  From what I have heard this is a really difficult thing to do.
  
  Any pointers would be much appreciated.

  Just wanted to share my upgrade that did yesterday to a 4ft tank. Many thanks to Mupwi for the assistance in helping me move the tank and a whole lot of other help too. Sorry about the Cr@ppy cellphone pics :P
  
  I know that the tank is still empty in terms of rock etc but I am just getting started on it.

  New Cree LED XML lights.

  Hi Guys,
  
  First of all I just want to say a big thank you to Stage Craft Solutions for providing me with the new Cree XML lights. They are so much more than I expected. The service from SCS was excellent! I have had some bad experiences in the past with purchasing online but they kept in contact with me throughout the ordering process until delivery.
  
  I am not sure whether they are members on this site but I think that they should be so that you guys can get the same service as I did.
  
  I will be posting the pic's of my new build when I am finished it and see what you guys think. I am a huge Cree fan boy and to know that there is somewhere local that can get these lights for me is a huge lifesaver.
  
  They told me that they will be arranging package deals soon as well. That maybe cool for the guys that have the pico tanks and even the larger tanks too.
  
  I would highly recommend them as they deserve a few :peroni:
  
  It looks as if they mainly specialise in stage lighting and events etc but I had heard through a friend that they do marine aquarium lighting :)

  I am kinda new to the forum and the Marine Aquarium world. I am really enjoying it so far.

  This is my display tank. I also have a breeding tank too but I don't have any photo's of that yet but I will upload when I get a change.
  
  I know the tank is small but that is all the space I have at the moment.

  New Mated Pair

  Hi Guys,
  
  I have a question that I would like to ask you guys as I am quite new to the Clownfish breeding community.
  
  I bought a mated pair of Occelaris(spell check) clowns. The guy who I bought them from said that they were laying eggs every full moon.
  
  Its still early days in my new breeding tank that I have set up. I decided to seperate them from my display tank as I thought they would be more comfortable like that.
  
  I have put a Clay pot, Live rock, tile and ceramic pot in the tank so that they have lots of places to lay eggs etc.
  
  I feed them a mixture of frozen foods and pellets(other suggestions would be great)
  
  My question is, how long should I expect to wait before my new clown start laying eggs.
  
  Is there anything else I can try to get them to lay eggs?

  Breeding Clowns

  I need to see if I can find some Rotifers for my baby clowns. I am quite new to the whole clowns spawning etc and I would like to try an attempt to raise these clowns as a hobby.
  
  I have looked at previous posts on the forum and can see that there is some really useful information here. Thanks for that!
