Today I got me some great LEDs form lifestyle pet hyper
They are beams works 2600 double led unit and specs are 35 10000k LEDs and 7 actanic 460 nm and is giving the same effect as my Mh give my tank
I paid R2400 for them -

Hi all
the comany i work for sells theses LED boards
the rating lumans are 300 will they be any good the tank lighting
i an think of getting 20 of them and making my own led lighting
the onlu downfall i see as that they are all white LED's
what do you guys think

Hi all
Last nite inspecting my tank and i noticed one of my fire gobys have vanished later to find him in the rock with HES LOWER JAW RIPPED OFF what could have done that to him
I have a boxer shrimp that is a little aggressive could it be him?

the company has all the machines for bending Perspex and now i am thinking could i build my own tank of the stuff has any one tried to do this if so please comment
the machine can do bends in to a square /rectangular ect but my concern is joining the bottom and side ?

My sump has to little water in it what is the best way of filling it up to the level i need it to be @
